After years of being in leadership roles across multinational multicultural organisations in India, UK, USA and deepening his understanding of human consciousness over the years, Aashwini, felt driven to work in the field of nurturing people's potential. Driven by his interest to support people from all walks of life achieve greater success, clarity and purpose, he made a conscious decision to give up an exciting corporate career to venture into an initiative called A-Brighter-Life, which supports people's personal and professional growth. He is also the founder of the Global Mindfulness Circle-GMC, which helps its members regularly to practice mindfulness and meditation, thereby enabling them to live a more conscious, happy, resilient and high performance life.
Aashwini is a Mindfulness and Meditation Coach with a meditation practice of 8000+ hours in the last 15 years. He is also a 360° Life Transformation Coach and a Certified Executive Coach from Marshall Goldsmith USA
His passion about transforming lives - 360 degrees, led him to specialise in mindfulness, subconscious therapy, health & nutrition, breath-work, energy-work, emotional therapy, hypnotherapy, meditation and mindset change. His deep knowledge together with practice and experience, enables him to inspire others to think out of the box and let go of their growth-limiting options.
He is a Certified Inner-Child Therapist (Dr. Lucia Capacchione's process) and trained Family Constellator (Psychologist, Bert Hellinger's process), from Quantum Life University, Hyderabad. He is also a Kriya Yogi, which is an ancient science of Meditation & Self Mastery by Paramhansa Yogananda- Autobiography of a Yogi fame.
Prior to venturing into A-Brighter-Life, Aashwini was the Founding Member, COO and Business Head of HomeShop18, India's first 24 hour TV and digital commerce platform. Aashwini was also a part of the founding team and Business Head of The Jewellery Channel, London, UK - a virtual retail platform for precious jewellery. Both HomeShop18, India and The Jewellery Channel, UK are now market leaders and multimillion dollar companies. Aashwini started his career with Coca-Cola India and worked there for nearly a decade in various sales, marketing and business roles. He was also in the core team, which launched the LiquidationChannel in Austin, Texas, USA.
Aashwini integrates effective and globally proven Coaching Methodologies with his own, years of pursuits in Self Mastery and corporate experience to enable people from all walks of life to create the Big Change in their lives they have been wanting to achieve.
He has years of corporate leadership experience and has done years of work in self-realisation and in supporting many people from various walks of life. This enables him to have insight into the needs and challenges that leaders, businesses and homemakers are facing in today’s fast-paced, results-driven, high expectation, environment.
